TAM awarded Contract for Logistics and Transfer Warehouse

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Middle East District (TAM) awarded a contract for a Logistics and Transfer Warehouse in Subhan, Kuwait.

Contract number W912ER21C0011 was awarded 15 April to Contractor Al Hamra Kuwait Company W.L.L. for $21,694,886.00.This design-build project at Subhan Military Complex, south of Kuwait City, is for the construction of two pre-engineered metal building systems consisting of a large open area for warehouse/storage operations and multiple separated smaller administrative office locations inside the buildings. These warehouses will provide air-conditioned, climate-controlled spaces for storage of material for the Kuwait Ministry of Defense.

The Period of Performance is 585 days from Notice to Proceed.
