Eng. Amr Essam Helmy

Amr holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1985. For over thirty years Amr has worked on numerous mega construction projects such as: design and construction of Bayan Royal Palace in Kuwait, Project Manager of the Polyethylene Plant for EQUATE, and Seawater Treatment Plant and Injection Facility in North Kuwait, and Ahmad Al-Jabir Airbase Construction Project. Prior to joining Al-Hamra Kuwait, Amr was Executive Director for 20 years at the Al-Kharafi Group of Companies; General Manager of Bukhamseen International Group; and Chief Operating Officer for Bayan National Construction Company.
