Eng. Mohammed Ali Halawa

Mohammed has over 16 years of experience in high-value construction projects in the Middle East. His expertise is in managing mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction projects from mobilization to hand over, delivering cost, quality and to health and safety standards. He manages multinational teams, and is skilled in coordinating commercial and contractual issues, including subcontracting agreements, variation orders, design and build projects. His previous experience in Kuwait includes working with Bayan National Construction, Kharafi National, Al-Sayer Group, as well as PetroServe in Qatar and Kharafi National in Egypt. Projects he has worked on include: Kuwait’s Infectious Disease Hospital; AlHamra Tower in Kuwait; renovation of Kuwait’s old Salmiya market; Central Bank of Kuwait new headquarters; Barzan Camp Phase II in Qatar; American University of Cairo; and Marina Village in Marsa Alam Egypt.
